Character Lineup

These are characters from an epic fantasy story I've been working on.  Over the years, I've strived to make each of their personalities and cultures unique and credible.  

Little Hans

 A painting I did for Firecracker newspaper.  It accompanies a short fiction story, "Little Hans," by B. Magnolia.  The story is written in an old fairy tale style, and tells of a young boy named Hans during a war.  He cuts a circle of metal out of a sheet in his grandfather's shed, and the light from the window shining through the hole releases something magical. 

Working for a newspaper is so far really great for pushing my speed (tight deadline and all).  Great fun! 

Animatic

This is my final animatic that I turned in for Pre Production class.  It features a team of criminals searching for a fabled treasure, put to the test by the dangers guarding it.
The track I used is "Swords Crossed," by Klaus Badelt.

Robot Before and After

  I had to design a female android for my concept art class last year.  My initial idea is the greyscale drawing, and the second image is what I turned in after the art director's reviews.
